Alliance Tower Defense Party Event: Piñata, Party Crate & Quests

Everything the Party Event added and what still runs today: the Piñata loop, the Party Crate drop table, the three event units, and the quest timers.

Quick answer: the party never fully ended

The Party Event was Alliance Tower Defense!'s first named event, and its machinery became permanent: an hourly Piñata spawns 30 minutes after each quest refresh, the whole server gets Bats, and a kill pays 1–3 Party Crates plus Coins. Those crates hold the event's three units — Party Camera Man (60%, splash damage), Jester Speaker Man (39.75%), and the 0.25% chase pull Party Titan TV Man. Global Quests run on hourly, daily, and weekly timers and also pay crates. The event introduced splash damage to the game and shipped the PARTY code. Dating differs between community sources (mid-August per the community wiki, September 2 per a fan tracker); the contents are not in dispute.

What the Party Event added

Piñata (hourly)

Spawns 30 minutes after the quest refresh. The whole server gets Bats to hit it; its HP scales with the number of players. Killing it pays 1–3 Party Crates plus Coins. The Golden Bat gamepass doubles your Piñata damage.

Global Quests

Server-wide quests on hourly, daily, and weekly timers, introduced with the Party Event and refreshed with a new set in late August. Party Global Quests also pay Party Crates.

Party Event

The game's first named event. Added three Party units, the Party Crate, the Piñata, Global Quests, and the first splash damage type. Sources disagree on the exact date (the community wiki's event page ties it to mid-August; a fan tracker documents September 2), so cite it as the Party Event update rather than a hard date.

10M event

A September celebration update that added the 10M unit family (10M Camera Man, 10M TV Woman, 10M Titan Speaker Man) via event crates. Creators rate the units as top-tier; no full patch notes were published.

Drop table

Party Crate odds

The event's crate, side by side with the Scientist Crate it runs alongside.

Scientist Crate

Free version: Scientist Camera Man 95%, Large Scientist Camera Man 4.8%, Engineer Camera Man 0.2%. The Robux version trades cost for odds: 90% / 9% / 1%. Insane mode pays one free Scientist Crate per clear.

Party Crate

Party Camera Man 60%, Jester Speaker Man 39.75%, Party Titan TV Man 0.25%. Obtained from the hourly Piñata (1–3 crates per kill) and Party Global Quests.

Piñata farming loop

  1. 1. Note the quest timer in the lobby — the Piñata spawns 30 minutes after it refreshes.
  2. 2. When the Bats arrive, swing: every player participates, and HP scales with server population (a busy server means a bigger health bar but the same per-kill reward for you).
  3. 3. Collect your 1–3 Party Crates and Coins, then open them — 60% of the time it is Party Camera Man, whose splash damage stays useful in Crazy mode.
  4. 4. Queue a Party Global Quest if one is close to completing; crates come from both systems.

The limited Golden Bat gamepass (39 Robux) doubles Piñata damage; it is optional and cosmetic to progression otherwise.

FAQ

Party Event questions

Is the Party Event still running in Alliance Tower Defense?

The event's headline banner is gone — the Roblox title carried an [EVENT] marker in September and, at our October 15, 2026 check, still does not (sixth consecutive capture without the literal [EVENT] marker: September 30, October 3, October 8, October 9, October 11, October 14). The title now reads [🎃 HALLOWEEN 🎃] for the new Halloween event, but no official note ties any capture since September to the Party event, so this page does not treat any of them as a Party return — meanwhile its systems persist: the Piñata still spawns hourly, Party Crates still drop, and Party Global Quests still rotate. Treat Party units as permanently farmable rather than as a closed event.

How do I get Party Crates?

Hit the hourly Piñata (the server gets Bats 30 minutes after the quest refresh; kills pay 1–3 crates plus Coins) and complete Party Global Quests. The crate rolls Party Camera Man at 60%, Jester Speaker Man at 39.75%, and Party Titan TV Man at 0.25%.

When was the Party Event?

Sources disagree on the exact date — the community wiki's event pages tie it to mid-August 2026, while a fan tracker documents September 2. Both agree on the contents, so we describe it as the Party Event update rather than committing to one date.

Does the PARTY code still work?

Unconfirmed either way. It shipped with the event, no current tracker lists it as working, and none confirms expiry — try it once in the Shop's code box and expect nothing.

Is Party Titan TV Man worth hunting?

At 0.25% per Party Crate it is the event's chase pull, and splash/POV units like it hold value in trading. Farm crates through the Piñata rather than spending Coins — Party Crates cannot be bought.
