Alliance Tower Defense Value List & Trading Guide

How Alliance Tower Defense! trading values actually work: no official price list exists, what drives demand (rarity, obtainment, role), the crate and unit market segments, and the safety checks before any trade — checked 2026-10-15.

How the trading market is actually structured

Trading has been official since launch — a trade bug was patched on July 29, 2026 — and it grew in layers: crate trading arrived with the August 7 update, and Trade Chat with the August 20 update. There is no official price list, so the community segments the market by obtainment: Scientist Crate units (Scientist Camera Man at 95% is nearly common; Engineer Camera Man at 0.2% is a trophy), Party Crate units (Party Titan TV Man at 0.25% leads), summon-pool units priced by rarity, and the event tier (the 10M family) where post-event scarcity drives the strongest premiums. Combat usefulness and trade value are different axes — a maxed Camera Man wins matches but trades for almost nothing, while a dupe Engineer Camera Man wins few matches and trades well.

The five trade-safety checks

  1. 1. Confirm the exact unit, variant, and level in the trade window — names blur across the Cameramen family, and a locked or leveled variant is a different asset.
  2. 2. Price against scarcity you can verify: crate odds and summon odds are on our units page. A 0.2% unit is not a 4.8% unit.
  3. 3. Treat community value lists as dated opinions — cross-check two, and be the person who knows the current event calendar (a returning event can crash a premium overnight).
  4. 4. Never complete trades through third-party sites, middlemen, or "trust" arrangements. The in-game trade window with both items visible is the only settlement layer.
  5. 5. There is no undo. If the other side rushes you, the answer is always no.
FAQ

Value questions

Is there an official Alliance Tower Defense value list?

No. The developer publishes no trade values or rulebook. Community price lists exist on fan sites and Discord servers, and they disagree with each other — treat any list as one community's opinion with a date, not as a market authority.

What makes a unit valuable in trades?

Three things: scarcity (Engineer Camera Man at 0.2% per Scientist Crate, Party Titan TV Man at 0.25% per Party Crate), obtainment windows (event units like the 10M family once their events end), and combat demand (current-meta carries). A maxed Mythic is the top of every list.

Is trading safe in Alliance Tower Defense?

Trading is an official system (crate trading since August 7, Trade Chat since August 20), but scams happen in every trading economy. Never trade through third-party sites, verify the exact unit and variant in the trade window, and remember there is no undo.

Can I trade for a Mythic instead of pulling?

Yes — and the community considers it a legitimate strategy. At a documented 0.1% pull rate with a 1,000-pull worst case, trading up through crates and mid-tier units is often faster than summoning. Creator videos document basic-to-Mythic trading progressions.

Sources and corrections

Trading history comes from the community wiki's update pages; scarcity figures from its crate and summon tables (checked 2026-10-15). No numerical price list is published here because none is authoritative — when community lists conflict, showing the demand drivers beats inventing a number. For combat strength, use the tier list; for the odds behind scarcity, the rewards reference; and for links to the community spaces where live trading happens, the community links page.
